It's been almost 5 days and I haven't received a single response to the tickets I've submitted. I don't know if this is the right place to talk about this, but I don't think they're going to respond. This has been a platform I've really enjoyed using, I've had problems before and the GOG support team has always been there for me when I needed it, so I don't know what's going on with them.

Unfortunately, I'm having issues with the Galaxy and Fallout 4 Hi-Res Textures DLC... Guess I'll just have to deal with it.

Nope, there are issues with downloading games too, and they don't give a shit. Just how they operate apparently.

7 days is speedy for a first response.
your first responce should be an email asking you to repeat everything you already told them in your ticket... as is the next 5 unless you select other

downloading games is because their servers are rented and crap... it doesn't help matters that they only man them during certain hours

for issues with Galaxy and Fallout 4 Hi-Res Textures DLC i'd try the Fallout forum before asking support unless you mean the actual Dlc is not listed in your account
I tried it, but the problem seems to be with Galaxy. Dang it, I wish there was a way to delete the license for this DLC from my library... it just made everything worse.
UPDATE: They just did as I asked and removed the DLC from my library. That instantly fixed the problem. (more than a week after... but I'm happy now!)
