Hello, I have a problem downloading games from GOG 2.0. Unfortunately, when I click the install button, the only thing that happens is a spinning wheel and so on for a long time until the GOG does not show the error "Server problem". I know I could download the installer via a browser, but I would like to play via GOG. In addition, it is about Cyberpunk which has a lot of files to download. I've tried everything from disabling the firewall to removing gog and his regedit registers.

I faced the same issue, and I was able to fix it by:

1. Completely close GoG Galaxy.
2. Disable IPv6 (search how to disable IPv6 in your OS online).
3. Open GoG Galaxy.

---

I figured this out by examining C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs\GalaxyClient.log which had the following error:

> [Error][ (0)] [TID 6132][galaxy_client]: An error occurred, Other, while performing request (requestId: 238) for URL '{redacted}' after 10003 ms. Exception: Timeout (connect timed out: [2001:1900:2318:1f03::2]:443), code=0
> [Error][ (0)] [TID 11820][galaxy_client]: Unable to get response for request url {redacted}. Response code Uninitialized.

You can see that the IP address shown there is IPv6, disabling it on my machine did the trick.

AFTER 3 HOURS OF SEARCHING FOR THE ANSWER I HAVE FOUND IT!!!!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART!!!
I've had this same issue as of maybe a week ago and just found this post. Disabling IPv6 does allow the downloads to happen.

Interestingly enough, if I disable IPv4 with IPv6 enabled, GOG Galaxy can't connect to the internet at all.

Does GOG Galaxy not support IPv6? and since when?

Griffon0129: Does GOG Galaxy not support IPv6?
They have some problematic addresses in IPv6. If you want them to tackle the issue, you have to at least make them aware by opening a support ticket. The problem itself is nothing new, but not every user's GOG Galaxy will try connecting to the same servers.
I just upgrade to a new PC and this fixed my issue with downloading game. Thank you!

E15 is a failure to uninstall the game. Try uninstalling it manually as described in the support article.

E7 means your system is incompatible, but I'd sooner suspect this is a misleading message stemming from the apparent botched installation.
so i have windows 11, i have gog installed and 2 purchases already installed and ive played them. i try to download warhammer and it outright throws me a e3 fail to install no server access. i then go to windows firewall and GOG GAMES ISNT EVEN A OPTION TO ALLOW THROUGH! there is every other program, even blizzard has all their games properly programmed to list for allow or not in a firewall, this is horrid. there is simply no way to allow this through, and there is no customer service to contact. absolutely horrible gaming platform, im going to curse out the friend that reccommended it. yall literally stole my money.

I'm in the same situation, E3 error in some downloads, but others it does well.
