My system sometimes doesn't synch (doesn't even try) after quitting out of a game. This means my 'hours played' for that game doesn't advance and achievements aren't credited. It appears to be impossible to get past the support bot to an actual person to find out why this happens, or even if the company is aware this happens. Any suggestions?
The chatbot is supposed to guide you through creating a support ticket, if you repeatedly say it didn't help. Someone on the forum had a suggestion for exactly what to type, but I can't find the post right now.

You can bypass the chatbot with a user style. Supposedly you can also directly e-mail support (at) gog (dot) com though I haven't tried this.

Bear in mind that getting a response from support can take weeks, and that's if you're lucky. You might be better off double-checking your firewall, trying a different Internet connection if possible, and looking for clues in C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs though admittedly these logs are lengthy and hard to read.
Alpha Centauri works great BUT, Alien Crossfire will not play. I have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, to no avail. Someone, anyone . . . . help. I like Alien Crossfire better than the basic game.
where the fuck is the live chat option, got a probvlem needs to be sorted out now
GOG never had a live chat option. You've responded to a thread about a chatbot that was discontinued a long time ago. After you open a support ticket, you can optimistically expect a response after 7 days. If you think the community might be able to help with your issue, start a new thread about it.
Game keeps crashing when I try to launch it
