snintendog: The Game is Shadow of Destiny it seems the Search doesn't have it listed I may be dumb but I cant find where i can add custom Links to Local EXE files without using the search function and marking it as owned. This is important for Old Games that require EXE hacks for mods as well and Multi EXE games that launch as separate versions or are installed in different locations for legacy installs. As a side note is there a place to put a request for the search to have a game added if it isn't listed? On Galaxy 2.0.8. Much appreciation in advance.
As per the stickied FAQ:
Can I manually add games to the library
Yes and No: As long as the game is present in gogs game database (which has no relation the catalog of games gog sells) you just need to search for the game, and link an executable to it.

Game X is not showing up in the Global Search so I can't add them manually', what now ?
Possible known reasons:
- The game is not in the database GOG is using.
- The game is in the database, but it can be classified as an 'add-on' or as a 'standalone release' for another game. GOG's search function somehow misses those (BUG).

Now... 'Shadow of Destiny'... are you sure that's the complete, correct title for the game? Can it be classified as an 'add-on' or as a 'standalone release' for another game? (which would be considered a known bug but still worth to send a 'report issue').
Currently, there's no way (aside from a workaround I don't recommend) to assign a "random" exe(s) as and to an
already added game.

Yes. You go to 'report issue' to submit a 'bug' report. Tell exactly the game(s) that are missing from the global search and/or the ones you want to add manually anyway. That does not mean you'll get a response soon (if ever), but will let them be aware of it.
Additionally, you can 'share feedback' to let them know you want an option to add a game 'truly' manually, from whatever .exe you have on your PC, without the need to have it be found in the database. If that's what you wish. (I know lots of people here in the foruns agree)
