Is there somewhere that actual lists the latest version of GOG Galaxy? The Change Log FAQ hasn't been updated since September 2022.

As with everyone else, I was getting the update error message when GOG launches. Tried using the web installer and the version is still the same in the app: 2.0.58 Hotfix (January 30, 2023). So I can't tell if the update didn't take or if there actual isn't an newer update available.

The latest version is currently 2.0.58.4, which is probably what you have installed.

Edit: click the cogwheel in the top left and choose Settings. The full version should be displayed in the bottom left corner of the Settings window.
