I was working my way through the Deus Ex franchise and on Invisible War time tracking just stopped working. It doesn't work for Human Revolution either, there is no even a Game Time column in the leaderboard table. I've tried some other games - same stuff. It even stopped working for Cyberpunk 2077, although it worked before.
Restarting GOG and Windows doesn't help, adding GOG processes to firewall exceptions doesn't work also.
All the games mentioned are from GOG Store. GOG version is 2.0.36
