Not sure if this has been suggested, but as we all know GOG's game-specific game forums don't get much activity, so I thought an interesting idea would be to extend Galaxy's chat functions to create game-specific chat channels. They could work much like Discord servers, someone could join the channel via Galaxy and ask questions, or simply discuss the game more generally.
