Is anybody having a problem with Galaxy where it tries to load the extras page for your games but it never succeeds?

All I get when I click on extras for a game is some flashing white bars where the text is supposed to be but it never loads in.

Galaxy is also failing to load the installation details page after you click on the purple install button. Does anyone know how to fix these problems or are experiencing these problems too?

I faced the same issue, and I was able to fix it by:

1. Completely close GoG Galaxy.
2. Disable IPv6 (search how to disable IPv6 in your OS online).
3. Open GoG Galaxy.

I figured this out by examining C:\ProgramData\GOG.com\Galaxy\logs\GalaxyClient.log which had the following error:

> [Error][ (0)] [TID 11820][galaxy_client]: Unable to get response for request url {redacted}. Response code Uninitialized.

You can see that the IP address shown there is IPv6, disabling it on my machine did the trick.

My brother is having this issue and I fixed it by interrupting the internet signal. I unplugged the ethernet cable and reconnected it, then let GOG reconnect to the servers and I was able to download games on my brother's computer like normal. I don't know what the exact problem could be but it's worth a shot.
