Feature would be to merge the same game on different platform as one icon/thumbnail.

When right clicking to install we'd get a sub menu for each available platform, able to install the game in through the wanted platform but keeping only one game entry in the list.

QoL request of course.
I agree with this, my library looks kinda crazy with some games having 3 different versions of the same game (I keep changing favourite launchers).

ya that sounds pretty neat
Yes definitely would love to see this.

I have many games where I have multiple copies across several launchers due to initial purchase, getting another in a humble bundle, buying on gog to support gog, buying after getting a free copy to support devs etc.
+1 to this
Got another Limbo today on EGS. XP

Glad to see the idea welcomed, thanks, people.
This was my first thought for a change/feature. This would be great.

With amount of free games, promotions and soon subscriptions, that are available on various platforms it's almost impossible to not have multiple copies of some games (especially when gog itself has gog connect), and in current implementation this just looks silly.

Show platform icons on the bottom of game art in main view (grid / list). For progress have clickable platform / store icon that switches you to view for that platform.

I upvoted the suggestion, so far I've been just hiding the duplicates (at least when I knew which version I will be using later)
This sounds like a very practical feature, so thumps up from me.
So far i've been hiding the repeated games, but doing that is kind of annoying. Having this feature would be amazing.
First thing I noticed when I logged into Galaxy 2. Overlay icons shown on top of thumbnails would be great to track stuff down and hide duplicates.
I would definitely appreciate this feature as well.

I'd love for there to be a function that merges duplicate games, and gives the option to choose a preferred platform. This could either be set on an individual game basis, or have you can set it globally.
