Some games do not support Dual Shock 3, so I add them as non-Steam games to Steam, and use Steam Overlay to use my DS3 on those games, would it be possible to add 'non-Steam games added to Steam' to Galaxy 2.0 library?
I know that the feature to manually add games is underway, but it won't solve the problem of the controller. I really want to be able to use ONLY Galaxy 2.0 in the future.
Ok, found a work around:
Go to steam, add non-steam game, go to Galaxy 2.0, click "Link Executable", and you can run non-steam game with steam overlay from Galaxy 2.0
That's actually a good find I think. Also makes it kinda easy to add games manually to galaxy 2.0, even though you technically add them in steam. But if it works, it works :D

Maybe some day, Galaxy will have it's own overlay and controller support.

Can you elaborate on what you need to do? Also, will Galaxy Achievements still work?

What do you add to link the exectuable?
1-Add non-steam game to steam.
2-Right click it on steam, create desktop shortcut
3-Move the shortcut the the game's folder (this is just for keeping things tidy, i also recommend keeping the shortcut just one word)
4-Create a run.bat file, with this inside (without qoutes and replacing the <text> with the shortcut's name:
"start <shortcut file name>.url"
5-Go on Galaxy 2.0, link executable and select the .bat file

Unfortunately that sounds like achievements won't work. At least for GOG titles.
I've tried to create a non-steam game in GOG 2, but to no avail.
I wanted to run ModOrganizer instead of Skyrim. It's a bit weird since it works on Steam but not on GOG, any reason for this?
