Epic games Store integration is broken since latest release. It is no longer seeing new games added to my Epic Store account, it can still see and interact with games added to my account prior to the latest release of GOG Galaxy, but new games that were added after the latest release do not show up.

Found a work around. I had to disconnect from EGS, and then reconnect and it now sees the new games.

Can confirm, this works.
