I updated to the latest version this morning, came back home tried to download some of my games but the speed has been extremely slow. And no its not my firewall or ISP, I was getting high speeds up until today. And if I use steam, I was able to download a 60GB game in 20 minutes...

I also tried downloading the offline installers but speeds are just as slow on my browser... are they doing some maintenance on their servers or something?
