Hi everyone, would it be possible to disconnect my Australian PSN account and use my US ID? So far I have been unable to disconnect Playstation in Plugins setting. Tried that on MacOS and Windows 10 but no joy so far. Clicking Disconnect does absolutely nothing.

On Windows 10 it is showing all of my games on various services without even signing in. I thought if I signed into Playstation plugin and disconnected there first, it might let me use my other ID but so far I have been getting "Timed Out" on sign in page. Read on this forum that it was a firewall issue but disabling firewall did nothing either. Trying to avail Witcher 3 offer but unfortunately it is tied to my US account only. Hope someone knows the way out of this.

EDIT: It is finally working. I was able to claim Witcher 3, though only the base version. It seems my DLC were not recognized.

Noticed that as well after I made the mistake of connecting my xbox account. Trying to disconnect does absolutely nothing. I guess for the moment we are stuck until they fix it.

I am having the same problem, trying to switch PSN account after logging in to the wrong one.
Hopefully they can fix this quickly

Thanks.. Yep it works now. At least for Xbox. Disconnected and all xbox games disappeared.
