Hi All,

I've noticed that GOG Galaxy 2.0 has intentionally/unintentionally combined my metro last light + metro last light redux into one game on the game list (Both of steam client). It simply differentiates them as different editions of the same game on steam when you right click on the game. The outcome is that it combines the achievement progress and game time which organises everything much better!

If this was intentional does anyone know how to reproduce this for other games such as metro 2033, borderlands, skyrim etc. where there are more than one edition.

If this was unintentional does anyone know how/why this has happened and whether this could be a future feature in a galaxy update?

Any replies would be much appreciated!

I was reading through the features of GoG 2.0 on the official page, and came here to check if there was news on a release date, but then I started reading things about “third-party integrations,” which, from what I’ve read, seems to be programs made by random people (not GoG, Steam, Blizzard, etc.). From what I’ve read, these integrations are the only way GoG 2.0 can do things like keep all of your games in one library.

Is this true? GoG 2.0 seems great, but I don’t want to have to resort to places like GitHub, or use programs from non-official, random people on t https://tweakbox.mobi/ https://getappvalley.com/ https://vlc.onl
he internet just to use the features advertised. I don’t think others will be eager to do that, either.

Note that I don’t know if any of this is accurate. These are things I’ve read on the internet, and some of them are a few months old. I’m hoping somebody can provide some slightly more up-to-date information the subject.
