This has been happening since yesterday server crash and thought that was just a server problem, but is still happening.

I restarted GOG and the full PC, the problem is that it goes really slow, and with that I mean that it can take five minutes to just open the configuration menu and almost crashing my PC. Every time I click on something, the PC fully stops and can't do anything else until I close GOG Galaxy.

Any help or idea what can be causing this?

yes its just a server problem and should be fine now but if you tried to update any of your games yesterday [and the update failed] then you will now need to uninstall and reinstall that game

Seems like it was an ubisoft problem, as soon as I connect the account, it goes really slow. If I just connect everything except that, it goes fine
