When I try to run an Game from the EPIC Launcher it just opens the website where I can download the EPIC Launcher for installation. But I have open the EPIC Launcher beside GOG Galaxy 2.0. When I try to install for example Fortnite it opens the Website of Fortnite where I can click install which leads to the same EPIC Launcher download page.

Does someone else have this issue?
Same for me.

I just got into the beta, the first game I tried to launch was one from the Epic store, and it does the same thing - it just opens the page telling me to download the Epic launcher when I try to run it.

Since the game in question (Close To The Sun) is already installed and has no DRM, I'd really expect Galaxy 2.0 to just run the game .exe directly instead of going through their launcher in the first place.

Same here.
I have Outer Wilds installed, so I checked whether I have the same problem and it seems I do not. I clicked "Play", Epic icon showed up in the tray and the game launched no problem.

Betas, dude...

Yea, just report, dudes. :P
Based on mantis reports a quick fix would be to reinstall your epic launcher. It helped ~dozen people.
Can I assume you all have had epic launcher installed long before it actually became epic launcher? Common symptom seemed to be that it's old instance installed still in program files not program files (x86) - could you check as well?
Yes, I installed the launcher back when it was still the Unreal Engine launcher.

It's installed in: "C:\Program Files\Unreal Engine\Launcher\Portal\Binaries\Win64\EpicGamesLauncher.exe"

It's 30 May 2020, just did a fresh download of both GoG Galaxy 2.0 and Epic Games Launcher after reinstalling Windows 10 x64 Home, and only now is this an issue. Note, did try to sync Epic with Galaxy prior to downloading Epic Launcher.

Same for me, did a full reinstall of my system just yesterday (for reasons), when I reinstalled both EGS and Galaxy everything was fine. Today Galaxy can't log in EGS, the integrations panel keeps saying "Not connected yet" for EGS, and when I log in it says "Offline - retry". Other integrations are fine.
epic wont connect at all via galaxy it stays telling offline/retry, epic connecton itself works so its not offline

Yeah EPIC games just say offline/retry and I can't connect my stuff at all nice to see that I'm not the only one having this problem

Yeah same No connection
same thing
It's working fine on mine. I just launched The Wolf Among Us through Galaxy which I got from Epic and it's working as it should.

My Steam library on the other hand just isn't showing up.
