I can't login into GoG since last week update and already reinstall it and clean all the files. WTF?! Happen?

Exactly what happens when you try to start GOG Galaxy? Can you post a screenshot?
If you're stuck at the login screen,
• Double-check your firewall settings.
• Double-check that you're not blocking Google's Recaptcha anywhere, like your HOSTS file.
• Double-check your username and password.
If the application doesn't start, install both vc_redist.x86.exe and vc_redist.x64.exe then restart your system. If that doesn't help, you might have run into the crashing issue present in the latest version. You might want to downgrade to 2.0.75.142.

I've been having the same issue. I even uninstalled GOG Galaxy and re-downloaded it. Then I had issues reinstalling.
The installer said it couldn't connect to GOG.com. Which is not helpful, since I just downloaded it.
After several tries, it finally downloaded the web installer and completed installing. Then to add insult to injury, I couldn't log in. It just would act like it was going to complete then take me back to password entry.
I did finally manage to log in, but it again took a few tries. Are GOG sp. z o.o. having server issues?
I was unable to use Galaxy for about 3 or 4 days.
