Hi there, I'm trying to run the GOG installer, and I keep getting an error, it will not install (see attachment)

error 5 means access denied but your post is too vague
what operating system is it? W8.1, Linux, Mac etc
are you running it from a external device drive
is it stored in a network location i.e, onedrive etc
