Bring back top bar that shows main menu and chat notifications


Galaxy is not showing chat notification (if you are no tfriends) and you cant browse old chats easly

also alow tabs like steam do with url bar


Also give option to show all games list like steam do in left sidebar (also alow filter by installed) or when i click owned games i would like have option for LIST view
