Yeshu: Go into "All Games", use the filter to select Playstation platform, click the bookmark button on the top left. Viola, you got a Playstation bookmark.

Very weird, looks like you don't have any PlayStation games. Your nicknames should be visible on the settings window also. Try to disconnect and connect PlayStation again. Maybe there's an issue with the integration? If you report it through cog menu, we can investigate whether it's on our end or not.
Can you find those games on your all games list without using the filter?
