I upgraded to the latest GOG, and all of my games are now gone, with no way to retrieve them it appears. Tech support is a complete joke on this website. In the end, all I get is a worthless BOT that tells me to do the same repeated crap that is not helping.

You have several different threads on this same subject from (hundreds?) of different people, and have seen zero resolution on any of the different threads I have read through.

Can someone just remove/delete my account info ASAP? I really don't trust this website one bit after this, and do not want any of my personal info on this site, because it is obvious that any bit of competence from your "staff" has been destroyed or layed off.

According to your profile, you own 2 games. If the count is off, and you're 100% positive you're logged into the correct account, you'll need to open a support ticket. The same goes if you want your account deleted.
If the count is correct but no games show as owned in GOG Galaxy, try starting over with a fresh database. Move the %ProgramData%\GOG.com\Galaxy\storage folder to the desktop while GOG Galaxy isn't running.

You have to say your issue is of type "other" twice. See the bottom of my complaint post for the exact wording. Alternatively, you can try e-mailing support (at) gog (dot) com
