Not sure when it started but right now, all installations and updates fail.
Downloading the Offline Installers and installing from them works fine.

I cleaned the Redist Folders and everyhthing. Nothing helps.
Is Galaxy dead ?

Does it work now?
I think there were a hiccup with a CDN.
