I bought Cyberpunk 2077 back when it came out. I bought it through CDProjekt, and installed it through GOG Galaxy. I uninstalled the game (and Galaxy) after not playing it for a while. After the new 1.5 update, I reinstalled Galaxy so that I could re-install Cyberpunk and try it out with the new updates. Going to my Owned Games tab.. nothing there. So, I logged into the GOG site, aaaaaand... my library is EMPTY! NO OWNED GAMES! No purchase history, no transaction history... It's like the game was never even purchased!

I've tried all the fixes that others have suggested... uninstall/re-install Galaxy, tried the refresh link (which no longer works), and I contacted GOG several days ago, and am STILL yet to get any sort of response.

I'm fed up... I've been wanting to play CP2077 for the last week, and am unable to do so unless I RE-PURCHASE the game. From what I've seen, this is an issue that has plagued GOG and Galaxy for a while, and has seemingly never been fixed.

Any other ideas? Can anyone from GOG and/or CD Projekt chip in? Why is it that I'm unable to play a game that I purchased?

Cyberpunk 2077 was released December 10, 2020. You signed up for the account you're using in February 2022.

There's no feedback or confirmation when using the refresh link. It just loads a page and does whatever it does silently. I've only had to use it once, immediately after a purchased game wasn't added to my library. It worked like a charm.
In any case, you seem to be using a new account. Check your order history and I wager you'll find it's empty.

Average response time is 5 weeks. If you haven't already done so, be sure to reply with evidence of your purchase, or ownership of the old account if applicable.

Staff don't provide support on the forums.
I've only ever seen one other post like yours, so I hardly think this is a widespread issue. I'm not even convinced it's a store problem rather than user error. Either way, I hope you manage to get it sorted.

1) I pre-ordered the game and my wife and I stayed up to play the game the moment it launched. My account was created in December 2020. See the attached picture. And, yes, it's the same account, I only have one. As far as this site saying I registered at a different date? Well, I guess it's as messed up as Cyberpunk's launch. This was my first post here, and maybe it considers that first post date as a "registered" date.

2) Doing a search, both on here and through Google, I've easily found 20+ posts from other people who have had the same issue as me. And, yes, there are a few posts on the GOG forums where others have had this issue. I've seen posts on other sites which usually have responses from other users saying how this has been a random problem for people for YEARS. The refresh link fixes it for SOME people, while others have to wait for CDP to fix the issue.

It's not "user error" that caused this issue. The game previously showed up on my GOG account before. After not playing the game for several months, it just vanished. How the hell would one get their games library to just disappear? I could understand fucking up on the Galaxy app... but no way you could accidentally manage to fuck up your GOG account and somehow manage to delete your ownership of a game, or your entire games library (which others have had that happen).

I appreciate the "help", but I assure you that I'm not some dumbass that doesn't know what I'm talking about. This is apparently an issue that GOG is aware of, one that crops up from time-to-time, but isn't widespread enough to be common knowledge. It took some digging to find the information that I found. I suggest you do the same so that you can provide better feedback for the next user seeking assistance.

It seems something has gone awry server-side. No one on the forum can do anything in this situation. If the refresh link didn't help, you need to wait for a response from support, and getting mad at me won't change that.

No, the bit under your avatar on the forum is supposed to show the date you created your account. Besides, it says you registered in February but you started this thread in March (Edit: unless the forum used your local time zone, which I don't think it does).
