How can I access the issue tracker for Galaxy 2.0? I mean, the page that appears immediately after submitting an issue.

I would like to be able to keep track of what it's getting fixed, what doesn't and what has been already tracked, but I don't know how to access this page without submitting a new issue.

Thanks

I don't know how to do that in the launcher, but you can access the page here: http://mantis2.gog.com

I can only see my own bug reports. Is that normal?

This isn't how it used to work, but GOG has decided that providing transparency is bad for them. Probably because it lets users fact-check their claims when they tell us they fixed a problem, or point out that the only "solved" problems relating to major service-breaking issues with the platform have been solved as "duplicate" not actually fixed. They're doing a terrible job of trying to pretend their messy trash heap of a beta client isn't still in beta (and I've seen it confirmed to still be in beta by GOG staff since it "launched" too).
@obliviondoll, I honestly simply thought that it was a decision made for user privacy.

I still think that GOG is a great store! I love buying DRM-free games and standalone installers.

I still think GOG is a great store too. Unfortunately, their launcher app is a complete mess and has been since before they started pretending 2.0 isn't still a beta. It wasn't release-ready when they forced it onto users, and it's still not release-ready 2 years later.

Also, their support isn't living up to the most basic of expectations (sorta like Galaxy 2.0 in that regard). I've had multiple support tickets in the past 2 years with response times measured in months, including one ticker which is not only seeing repeated 4+ month delays between responses, but repeated failures to address the primary request in spite of having been open since July 2020.

If you really want DRM-free games, itch.io is a better platform, and gives better treatment to the devs who use it too (also better than Epic's deal in that regard, and has been better since before Epic started claiming to be offering the best deal for devs).

I know itch.io and I already bought a few games there. I should have a better look at each store's cut and support with devs.

I had similar experiences with GOG's customer support. Usually, by the time I get a reply, I already forgot about sending a report in the first place. (My last ticket took 7 weeks to resolve, and two replies. All I wanted was to edit a review.
