Darvond: Progress Quest!
Progress quest needs hundreds of thousands of hours and countless CPU cycles to get really into.

SpooferJahk: Bejeweled, any version of Tetris, Crazy Taxi, Cleopatra's Fortune, Geometry Wars, Beat Hazard.

the_atm: I used to say Beat Hazard but I've since stopped supporting the dev and the game once I found out that the only way to access the new Steam Workshop is to pay for DLC that unlocks it. I don't agree that something that is free in EVERY OTHER game with SW should be paid for as DLC.

But I do agree with Bejeweled, never played Crazy Taxi though, I've heard a great amount about it but never actually played it.
Crazy Taxi is a lot of fun, it has wonky physics but it adds to the fun of doing a crazy version of a mundane driving job. As for Beat Hazard, I never really cared about getting DLC because to me, the base game is good enough, as long as the developer does not make the freedom of what song you can load into the game as paid DLC I am good.
Of the rogue-likes that I have, I seem to be drawn to Tower of Guns the most. Race the Sun is another.
Tetrobot and Co. is my current favorite. This game is ridiculously awesome. Collision detection is still somewhat buggy but I can live with that, if I accidentally get stuck there's always Undo.

the_atm: So this morning I woke up rather early, after getting ready for the day I had about half an hour or so to kill so I whipped out my 2DS and played Animal Crossing: New Leaf. It was a great way to start the day off for me at least, nice and relaxing.

So what are your favorite games to whip out when you have a few minutes to spare?
Icy Tower.
few minutes? either trials frontier or star wars commander
