I'll vote for Throne of Bhaal, Hordes of the Underdark, Mask of the Betrayer, and Storm of Zehir (extra points for this last one for revamping NWN2 to be as unlike NWN2 as possible).

Edit: Oh, if MMOs are included, the Moria expansion for Lord of the Rings Online. I'm into all things dwarven, but in all honesty it was probably a high point of the game--- it just felt miraculously right. If the Mines of Moria really existed, that's what they'd look like.

Elmofongo: Than the game got nerfed because all the casual players bitched about the game being too hard during Cartaclysm

Also so that was nyxia. I always wondered who that draon was in that fiery looking nest cave.
Yeah. It's stupid really. In WOTLK, the instances already got nerfed badly. You could literally tank and spam most of the 5 man instances. There's no need for CC, arggo watch, positioning in 5 men instances unlike vanilla and TBC but at least the raids were still hard, namely Ulduar, Arthas himself. It was in Cata, everything started to go downhill.

PvP changed alot too since vanilla. PVP then really felt like PVP especially if you have a chance to get caught in a 1v1 situation, of course back then some classes were grossly overpowered for pvp since class balance back then was kinda rubbish but it made it fun in a way. Nothing to stop some really skillful players who play Druids and Palys (considered the weaker pvp classes) with rare specialisations to own the field with their skills as demonstrated on Youtube. PVP communities were tighter since everyone who pvped then was in the same server, no cross-server rubbish. The more notorious or famous PVPers we could remember their names by heart and looks, and that growing sense of dread whenever we see them on the field with either their epic gear or their good skills or simply because they take really good advantage of an overpowered class like say a Warlock for example back then or a combination of the reasons. :) I was also in an Alterac Valley PVP battle for 8 hours with no clear result on whether us or the Horde winning, think that match went on for another 6 hours. That insane tug of war trying to get a clear advantage but we all attacked and defended well on both sides. I don't even know how I sat through 8 hours in the same match back then. Now they only last for like minutes, the epicness is gone.

Yeah, Onyxia, first ever WoW raid together with MC. Sister of Nefarian of BlackWing Lair. The children of Deathwing, formerly Neltharion the Earth Aspect corrupted by the Old Gods. :D
