Awesome. Glad you made your charity goal and had fun doing it. :)
Ten hours later and I'm still buzzing! Real life is just going to be so boring in comparison now, but at least I can look forward to my next big event, whatever that may be.

I like the idea of doing a solo jump, but I'd have to do alot of training for that so probably wouldn't work so well as a charity thing. Might do it anyway, while I figure out what I'm going to do for charity next year! I quite like the idea of becoming a professional skydiver ...
Ive got the vid loading now :) so I'll check it out after work. Gonna be SWEET

Training time isn't enormous. When I went solo the first time, I showed up early in the morning, we did all the training that day, then we jumped early in the afternoon. And yeah, it's pretty sweet. :)

I'm really glad you enjoyed yourself, though. And congrats on raising some money as well!
Update: got an email through today from the people organising the skydive event.

"I hope you are still buzzing from the fantastic parachute jump at the weekend! With everyone’s amazing support we have raised over £21,000 for Help a London Child!

Thank you so much for taking the plunge in aid of 95.8 Capital FM’s Help a London Child! It was no mean feat and you have done fantastically well not only taking on this challenge but raising vital monies as well. It was lovely to meet so many of you along with your friends and family. We had a really great day and we hope you did too."

nmillar: As promised, the video is now available on YouTube, although it may be unavailable in some countries due to the soundtrack used by the company that filmed it - if anyone has a suggestion for a better place to host, please let me know!

Oops, didn't see that. That certainly looks insanely fun, and what a view too!

nmillar: Only one question remains; what do I do now to top this?
Well, if you read the Apogee Game Giveaway thread, you might notice that we could still use your help as a volunteer. Email me at the address I posted so we can get you involved.
