For those of you that don't know, there is a series (up to about 80 video's) by Matt Chat that covers 'computer gaming'. By that I mean Commodore 64, Apple IIe, Atari 800, Amiga and MS-DOS PC games. He gives a little history, then reviews games like Darklands, Elite, Star Control II, Fallout, etc. He also occasionally has interviews with the greats.

Below, as an example, is the link to Part One of an interview Matt had with Tim Cain, of Fallout and Arcanum fame. He talks about both this titles in the two par interview.

Check out all Matt's video's and you will see many GOG titles discussed and reviewed, and many others that you would hope would be coming to GOG!

There are so few people covering the history of computer games as opposed to console games, and I think we should give this guy all the support we can.

He's linked with GOG, as there is a link in the information box of all his latest video's that if clicked on will bring you here, and if you buy something Matt will get a small amount of commission to allow him to continue his work!

As you can see, I am a huge fan of the Matt Chat video's and am constantly annoyed that while he generally gets 1,100 views, The Classic Game Room, that covers retro console games on You Tube, constantly gets 5,000!!! So come on DOS gamers, support Matt and go and watch his video's then comment and maybe subscribe, like I have!

I agree, I specially like his interviews with the great people that worked on the creation of some of my favourite games of all time.

If it wasn't for his videos, I don't think I would ever be able to see and hear them tell their stories and the stories behind these games, so thumbs up for that! And I'll be buying all my gog games through his link from now on :D
He's pretty cool, I've been using his affiliate link when I buy stuff.
Affiliate links only work for newly registered users. (You gotta sign up through his links, not buy games through them.)

And yeah, Matt is a great guy and MC is a fabulous series. :D
I think the reason his views has gone from the 100's to the 1,000's, with the Tim Cain interview I linked above now at over 14,000(!) is down to gog.com gamers, I feel. So as a long-time huge fan of Matt's, who really thinks he should earn more from his endeavours, I feel I should say thanks to you guys on his behalf! :)

This guy's pretty much my favourite youtuber. However I wish he would delve more deeply into the actual games he talks about.
Yeah I started watching him a few weeks ago and I enjoy his videos as it teaches me a part of gaming I don't know much about actually (pc gaming). his videos are so good that it kinda makes me wish i had one of those old school computers in the eighties but alas i was born in the early nineties and grew up with the Super Nintendo but a least that was a great console.
He also wrote a book called Dungeons & Desktops that covers the history of computer RPG's that is pretty good.
Love Matt Chat. Always look forward to seeing what classic he will cover next.
