There's a new YDKJ coming. It got me wondering, "how come GoG doesn't have any of the YDKJ games yet?"
Fingerlick Testrum!
Is Jellyvision doing it?

Is Jellyvision still a company?

EDIT

Yes... Jellyvision is still a company :-)

The only one of the games I've ever tried is The Ride, which I got for my birthday many many years ago, but that was certainly hilarious. I've spent countless hours playing that.

Yep. Judging by the Giant Bomb video of it, it sounds like Cookie and co are present and correct to boot. Although it more closely resembles the YDKJ web games than the PC games of yore.
I so want those games back! We could get the XXXL pack that had the first 4 or 5 in it!

Considering Jellyvision is still looking for a good $90 for that pack, I can't see it happening somehow.

Pop culture trivia may not appeal to those not familiar with the culture or the time period.
Hey, it's the only trivia game series out there that I actually like! Imagine my surprise to see a new one...

I actually have the first three volumes (Vol. 1 being XL), though I haven't played too much of them at the moment. I ought to bring 'em over to uni and watch people play.

But what I don't get is that the new YDKJ on Steam apparently only supports two players. Those early games supported three! What gives?

You could say the same about games from the 90s though

Though steeped in pop culture references, it wasn't really a pop culture trivia game. Typical categories were things like "Brady Physics" or "Economics With Ozzy" so they were actually pretty smart questions.
