Because english is not my native language, you might notice :), i would like to ask if its _OK_ to write reviews in other languages?

I don't think anyone would mind, problem is it would be hard for others speaking the same language to even notice those reviews, since they're probably going to be buried beneath a plenty of English ones

I'd very much advise against it. The language of this site is English, and anything else is going to be annoying to anyone not speaking the language in question, i.e. most of the users.
However, since the people here are from all over the world, their English skills are not all perfect, so don't worry if you make a few mistakes here and there. So long as people can understand what you write, it's fine.
