I recently decided to purchase the collectors edition of the Witcher 3. With that being said I no longer need the GOG digital version. How would I go about cancelling the preorder?

Im rather new to GOG, bare with me.

Send a message to support. You should be able to get a refund according to the FAQ on the pre-order page.

Sorry about that, only a part of our staff works on weekends, and due to the recent increased support traffic we have to prioritize certain (comparably more time-sensitive) problem types over others. I have just sent a reply to you via our system.
