Wishlist has to be fixed. Every time I buy a game using it, the game stays there. Then I have to delete the game I already bought manually from the Wishlist. It should disappear autimatically! That's not all, however. Occasionally the game appears doubled on my book shelf. This is exactly what happened now with Duke Nukem 3D. I have two copies on my book shelf. WTF?

My patience for you, GOG, is seriously strained after your last publicity stunt. I'm happy it worked out for you and all but perhaps you should try to imagine how someone felt when they saw the servers taken down suddenly. You provided me with a few games I waited years for and I always loved you. The feeling of sadness after seeing my favourite shop taken down by evil corporations turns to anger when you realise you were cheated.

Fix my f*ucking book shelf so that I have one image for one game I bought and not two!

Also, give us an option to click "logout" on every page - and not buried deep in "My Account." We're all hardcore gamers here and most of us understand how important it is to "logout" every time we leave this website.

You re-wrote the entire code for the website but none of us gives a f*uck because every single issue present in the Beta is still here.

In addition, stop talking s*hit about how you want to be number 2 behind Steam. Everyone knows that Direct2Drive is a very successful platform and they have an entirely different business model. The only online shop parroting Steam is Impulse and we all know that. You can't be number 2... only number 3.

Now cue all the haters telling me I should shut up 'cause we got Baldur's Gate and such. If I ONLY wanted to play this game, I would get it for free. I'm here buying your products because I want professional programmers making my games work without any hassle so I can focus on all the important matters in life.

Fix my broken book shelf FFS!

Have you tried requesting these fixes without losing your mind during the request?
I requested the "logout" button more than one year ago and nobody gives a f*uck. It would be enough to say "we won't give it to you because we believe we're better than Amazon in not having it."

Well, considering that not one of those "problems" is anything that anyone here has really been complaining about and it sounds like you have never bothered to contact GOG support, you really shouldn't be surprised that nothing changed coming out of the beta. Maybe if you were civil about it (piece of advice: don't drop so many F-bombs and maybe people will take you a bit more seriously) and made your case through the proper channels, you might get some satisfaction, but based on the content of your post, it doesn't sound like you are looking for that anyway; it just sounds like you are looking for a fight.
Redeemed gifts and purchased games not being removed from the wishlist is a reported know bug, the devs will probably get around to it when other (more) important stuff has been dealt with.

Aside from an issue with the free games, i think you're the first one reporting doubled covers on the shelf. Report that one here, better chance of being noticed by one of the dev's and subsequently fixed.

I agree with you on the logout thing, and that's actually the only feature i requested on the old 'features wishlist' thread besides the 'sort alpahbaetically' option - thank god we got that one at least.

In any case, i can understand your complains, can't understand the tone though...

Exactly as expected. Cue the hate. You will change your mind when it happens to you. Then you'll realise every problem any of us has is a problem for all of us.

Will take your advice. Thanks for your support.

You're welcome.

And hey, maybe we'll get that perma logout button on the next revamp, think positive ;)

Where is the hate? Show me one thing in my entire post that was an insult or hateful in any way. In fact, I basically said the same thing that Namura said and you thanked him for saying it. The only one I see showing any kind of anger or hate around here right now is you and that seems to be blinding you to anything else.

OutOfTimer: Duke Nukem 3D is not working, by the way. I'm now trying to find a way to make it run.
Well I am going to ignore your angry shouts and just tell you, that I bought Duke week ago and it's working perfectly. What is your OS? Rather try to post it in Duke forum, here it is doomed to vanish without notice.

Made it work with minor tweaks. Apparently it wasn't GOG's fault but Vista's.

OutOfTimer: f*ucking
This is silly, if you are going to censor your swear words, do it properly. "F*cking" is also silly, in case you were wondering.
