My colleagues and i still missing some good games, e.g.

1) Homeworld 1 + 2
2) Knights of Honor
3) Medieval..(the whole series)
4) Mechcommander
5) Mechwarrior

Is there a chance to get this games in future with win 7 64 bit support ?

Why people like mechwarrior so much.. Front mission 3 was almost good as wing commander 3. (makes sense? No.) Knights of honor.. seems familiar.. but I must google that.. And greetings back in any case. There's no need to be rude. =) But somewhere there are wishlist and I think mechwarrior are in most wanted.. even though Discworld should be. Well, I'd also would like to play system shock 2 eventually.

To answer the post: Yes, there is a chance. Only we don't know how likely that will be.

Try looking around the net for Mechcommander 2 if you like that series. I believe Mechcommander 2 is legal freeware so you can at least get your fix.

I believe it was only Mechwarrior 4, that is legal freeware?
If there is one for #2, I need to look as well, as #2 was nice :)

yeah... Mechcommander 2 is also open source (can be downloaded from Microsoft)... quite interesting code

With Medieval you mean the Total War series? Btw, that's a weird mix of games - two space strategy games, two medieval tactical games and two futuristic actiongames ;-)

But isn't it this "game files open source, but no fmv and single player" like warzone 2100?

Yes have both games at home. Knightsof honor and Mecchommader 2...but they are not running on win 7 64 bit. I´m not a technical...so i don´t know what to do to solve this issue :)

I think so... compiled it just once and as I remember correctly, a lot of images were missing.

Only had a look for a few minutes and it was at least 2 or 3 years ago :)

The previous MechWarrior games are unlikely to ever be re-released in any form because their developers no longer hold the rights.
