I've bought a few games so far on GOG and the service and product has been exceptional. However, I have been disappointed that I have been unable to play any games in windowed mode.

I'm looking for a 5.99 or 9.99 game that I could play on Windows 7 in windowed mode.

Any suggestions? Thank you.
all games that run on dosbox should run in windowed mode....just hold alt and press enter

What is dosbox? Do you think Fallout and Fallout 2 will run in windowed mode?

I'm looking at the dosbox Wiki and their website (http://www.dosbox.com/) I'm confused on how to use this to run the games I've downloaded from GOG?

The games I've downloaded thus far, have ran fine without using this dosbox thing? If I use dosbox, it will enable windowed mode?

dosbox, it is an emulator that allows to run dos programs to run on modern hardware. as far as i remeber both fallouts run on dosbox so if you start the games up then hold alt and press enter it should go into windowed mode. As for getting dosbox to work on the games you have downloaded from gog, don't worry, when you install the games it also installs dosbox for you so all you should have to do is start the game and have fun

Both fallouts run on windows, not on DosBox, so the alt-enter will not work on them.
As for games that run windowed, I'd suggest checking the games individual forums and looking for widescreen mods, since most of them also enable windowed mode. Evil Genius is a game that will run windowed on Win7 (though with an extra file), and I think the 2 Gothics also will.
These are the GOGs that uses DOSbox (you don't need to install and configure DOSbox, that's one thing that's beautiful about GOG, not having to know about that stuff because it's already set up to a working state (though not always optimal))
