1) Alien, the first from 1979. It's my favorite because it sums up two movie styles that I like: science fiction and horror. And it's made by Ridley Scott, a director that I like.

2) Blood. Does Blood count? Fast gameplay, Caleb and his story, the different atmosphere since it was one of the old school FPSs, great weapons/akimbo, secret areas, etc.

3) Jason Voorhees. I watched so many movies featuring this character that I think he deserves some recognigtion from me.

4) Phantasmagoria, the first. I've never found the first and second game here at retail, and even if I find it nowadays I don't want to mess with the infamous quantity of discs. If I happen to like playing the first, then I'll probably pick the second game right after.
1:The Ring
Horror movies with little girls are always scary
The Cursed tape scene was scary as hell, and kind of disgusting
2:Penumbra
The atmosphere of the game was awesome, you always felt like there was something behind you, hoping to slaughter you...........
3:Caleb.The dude was freakin' awesome,he is an unique protagonist and he looks awesome.I mean, tell me another character with a long trench coat,a cool cowboy hat and a scary grin.
4:Blood 2 The Chosen+Expansion
I remember playing this a long time ago and i loved it
The arsenal of weapons was interesing and the characters were unique.

xxxIndyxxx: 1. Tough one. I love horror and i must have seen almost everything. It's a tie between Hellraiser, Nightmare on elm street and the evil dead. I will go with the evil dead because when I was a child I always wanted to see it be my dad wouldn't let me. And since he would let me see almost everything this peeked my interest. Why can't i see the evil dead, what's so special about it... when i finally got to see it (i was still very young) I was scared to death because i imagined it was the scariest thing ever. I loved it and i still do and i love the sequels. I showed them to my friends but unfortunately they do not get it but hey i get a kick out of them every time.

2.Silent Hill 2 without a single doubt. It was my first silent hill game and I will never forget it. I had been playing games for years at the time and i never played anything like it. the story, the horror, the monsters, the characters,... everything clicked and I was blown away. a year or two later I met my girlfriend (soon wife) and i showed the entire game to her and we were both blown away by it. And this happens everytime i play it. Granted i only play it every 2 years but that's probably for the best.

3.another hard one. Again much trouble deciding between Ash (evil dead), pinhead (hellraiser), or Freddy (nightmare on elm street, original robert englund not
J.E. Haley even though he did a good job). I have to go with freddy, i love how he taunts his victims and i love how every sequel was more about him than the other characters. And i love almost every perfomance of Englund.

4.I would go with waxworks or personal nightmare because they are probably the only horror games on gog I do not have and they resemble old horror movies.

p.s. sorry for the long post but horror i something i am very passionate about and I can go on and on but i must say i tried to keep it short ;)
Happy Halloween!!! By the way, what was your e-mail? :)
