There is a good chance that they will come back all at once. It might not be at the end though.

I hope they do. I keep waiting this off like the OP because I would rather the single hit then a continual slog of small transactions.
I just put the games into my cart instead.

The last summer sale was similar to this one and the flash deals did not went live all at the same time at no point during the sale.

The bundles did, twice. One full day on the middle of the sale and on the last day.
