They should. But you would have to install them on XP first (as gog installer doesn't run under Win98), than copy game files and apropriate registry keys into Win98. I've tested successfully only 2 games: JP Buried in Time and Outcast - but I can't see why it shouldn't work for majoryty of gog games .

How do you copy the registry keys?

I use Total Uninstall to find game-specific registry entries. It's not freeware program but Revo Uninstaller is - you could use it.
After I find registry entry I want to export - I simply open regedit, find key and rightclicking it use Export to .reg file option. Just do not forget to export it in 9x/NT4 format.
After this copy the file to Win98, rightclick it and import. That's it.
