No idea yet. My hunch tells me that we won't know them this year.
That's what's keeping me from pre-ordering it, what's the point of buying a game if I have no idea if I'll be able to run it?

Because they haven't done the game yet. They cannot know, at least not for sure, what the reqs are going to be until later in the development.

Well, true that. I am quite sure the game needs a really good machine to run, even on low settings.

It's the problem with pre-orders. With Indies it's not usually a problem, but AAA's...
