I am new to these forums and I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before.

I just noticed that the GOG team has made a deal or signed with some other companies. My question is why aren't ALL the older games by these companies on sale here?

For example why aren't games like Gorasul: Legacy of the Dragon and Hotel Giant both by JoWooD Entertainment on sale here?

Does the GoG team only list games that they think will sell well or do they only make deals for specific games? Or is it something else?

In addition to those reasons, sometimes the owner licensed away the rights to the game in a region exclusively and GOG doesn't put games in their store which can't be sold everywhere they can legally do business.

Sometimes technical issues hold things up and other times they ink a deal for a few games as a way of testing the waters before adding more.

I just noticed that the GOG team has made a deal or signed with some other companies. My question is why aren't ALL the older games by these companies on sale here?

Does the GoG team only list games that they think will sell well or do they only make deals for specific games? Or is it something else?

GOG has to negotiate world wide distribution rights and rights to sell at the same price worldwide. This is not always simple.
