If you're referring to what I think you're referring to, then the company's name is "橙汁", or Orange Juice in both Chinese and Japanese.

I'm guessing they named it that as a tribute to themselves as an entity and also as a character compilation game. I'm Chinese myself, but yeah the name did strike me as being a little odd.

Big fan of Suguri and especially Sora, by the way.

I haven't played it yet, but as I understand it the characters in the game are all taken from the cast of other games made by the same group, which happens to be named Orange Juice, so it was an opportunity for a play on words.

The translation of the developers name is Orange Juice (see the steam page) and this game is a board game featuring characters from their other games series - so it is 100% Orange Juice.
