well it looks like the age of wonders part one and two are out with a soundtrack for each and some avatars and wallpapers. What happened to the shadow magic game? With part one costing the same as before $6 and part two at $10. How much is shadow magic going to be? whatever gog charges for shadow magic it will be over $20. For the trilogy on all the other sites they sell it all as one trilogy and for $20 soundtracks and all. Why is gog doing this? are the hard up for money?is gog coming up on hard times to nickel and dime us to death? I would love some insight into this and if a gog staff member can reply that would make it that much better to clear this foggy and questionable decistion.

I assume it hasn't been released yet because gog likes to stretch out their releases. Also all of the other places sell the games individually for the same price as gog. $6 for the first one, $10 for the others.

Shadow Magic is going to cost $10, you can see it on its product page already.
I guess this is the publisher's decision, and GOG can't really do anything about it. Also, it may be that if GOG offered the option to buy certain games in a bundle, they'd ask $20 for the whole pack, too, because, like CaptainGyro pointed out, you can only get them for $20 on other services if you buy them in one pack.
As to why they have such delays between the three games... I have a feeling they feel this is a "lost case" (in part, due to the pricing) and concentrate on GOG-exclusives, like the D&D RPGs.
AoW II has been released today. It's unlikely they will release the third one on the same day. Maybe tomorrow? Who knows.

Next week at the earliest most likely. Tomorrow (well today really) they'll put up the usual weekend promo.

Yeah, they don't really do that kind of thing. They won't really talk specifics about how and why they release one game and not another, or the price points of them and they certainly won't discuss what specific agreements they have with the rights holders. All you are likely to get is speculation from the community and nothing more.

^This.
And marking the thread as a question is a call for the community to help, so you'll at most get speculation like ours, and n official answer, in such cases. (Maybe you didn't know this, being a relatively new user, and "brand new" forum poster, but keep this in mind for future reference.)
GoG did not release shadow magic because they didn't want to.

Glad to be of help.
Welcome to the boards, by the way.
The answer...a vast conspiracy. But who is behind it? And what is their vile goal?
