I used to use the manual setting on my game shelf almost exclusively, but it hasn't worked for me in some time. Now none of the changes I make are retained. Is anyone else having this problem? Have you contacted support about it, and if so, what was their response?

Will it not let you rearrange them at all? Or is it just not saving what you do?

It works for me, try using another browser or cleaning the cache.

I can rearrange them but the order is never saved.

I've tried different browsers, different computers, cleaning the cache and refreshing my account to no avail. While this might not affect everyone, I know I'm not the only one experiencing this bug.

It hasn't worked for me since a month or so after I joined. Honestly it really pissed me off for the better part of a year but I just realized I haven't thought of it in a while....until you brought it up. :P

It has always worked for me. Just manually arranged a few games the other day. ;)

I wish there was a way to sort the GOG shelf games by genre, such an FPS section or a Racing section.

I was having the same problem

and the then voice of god spoke to me and said,

"Stop playing with yourself"

afterwards my house filled up with popcorn
