Hey Everybody I am looking for a recommendation. I have been on a CRPG kick as of late and I finished Baulders Gate and Fallout 1. I am thinking about the Might and Magic pack or Betrayal at Krondor. Which one would you recommend. Also feel free to recommend a third title too. I like detailed and complex CRPG that have interesting well written story lines storylines and are not purely combat focused but have other elements like exploration, survival , interesting skill sets or lots of NPC interaction. I especially like games with variable storyline and different endings.
What do you recommend?

P.S.
I plan on getting to Fallout 2, Planescape, Arcanum and Baulders Gate 2 but I am taking a break from those series for now.

P.P.S

Though I like the Diablo serise I am looking for a more complex game than that so that might help in the recommendations

Edit: Thanks for the responses but I can see I was a little unclear, I am not looking for a game like Diablo (not that it is not a good game just not want I am looking for right now)

I cant add much but for Diablo fix try Titan Quest
Might and Magic is an excellent series, but it's not heavily story-based. It's all about exploring, killing monsters, solving riddles, and being turned to dust by weird traps. The setting and the loose continuing story that connects the games are actually pretty cool, but the series is not densely plotted in the way that games like Baldur's Gate are.

As far as Diablo-ish games, though, I recommend Sacred.
You'll find Arcanum is not a lot like the AD&D CRPGs, it's more like Fallout and it is really good. You should play it.

Gothic is also a good RPG, way more focused on the roleplaying than anything else.
I'd recommend Gothic (1&2) and Divine Divinity. Unlike many of the other games you listed Gothic is third-person, not isometric, but it has plenty of NPC interaction, a fairly good storyline, and is absolutely great when it comes to exploration and a survival "you against a hostile environment" dynamic. Very highly recommended. Divine Divinity is also one you might like as the combat gameplay has a Diablo-esque feel to it, but the overall game contains a fairly good story, plenty of NPC interaction and non-combat quests, and again plenty of exploration.

It also simulates ecology very well. It's almost like a prototype version of STALKER's A-Life. Humans will wash their faces in the morning or settle down by a campfire for breakfast, animals will hunt their prey etc. It's a diamond in the rough, as evident in the cheesy dialogues and some unforgivable glitches, but it's a very compelling game to play.

The first chapter is really rough, especially the initial parts where you're just thrown into a hostile world without armour and proper equipment. I'm at Chapter 2 now and it seems to be getting much easier (taking on most wildlife, apart from Shadowbeasts, with ease), but I like how the earlier part of Chapter 1 forces you to play cautiously.

I'd recommend Betrayal at Krondor if you like the complex and interesting stories. Written by Raymond E. Feist, there are twists and the whole story is interesting. You comtrol more characters at the same time (max 3 characters), and they move simultaneously. You have to play with other characters in some chapters. The battles in the game are in turn based mode, but the main part is in real time mode. Also, you get Betrayal in Antara too, but I don't have much experience about this.
There are more cliches in the Might and Magic pack. There isn't an as good story as in the other game, but it's still interesting. I think it holds great value, because you can get all 6 Might and Magic games for 10 USD. It is a bit more focused on combat, but not as much as in an Action-RPG.
So I'd recommend Betrayal pack for you if you'd like an RPG with a complex, great story.
Betrayal at Krondor is also a good choice because there is MUCH NPC interaction, which you said you like and are looking for.
Not saying the M&M pack isn't a good one (possibly the best deal for your money on the whole site), but BaKr may be more what you're looking for.

Yes, the Might and Magic story is told through the world more than interaction with it, you're kind of a late-comer to the scene solving the problems but you're not ever really related to them.
