Tried to buy Jagged Alliance and 2 yesterday evening using AmEx, and kept getting error messages. So I went to "contact us" link, clicked the link that deals with problems with payment/orders, and described what few details I could offer. Hit the button to send it, the site tells me to take deep breaths and stop crying, because they've got my message and I'll get a copy of that message soon (their words: in five minutes). So far, so good.

That was over 12 hours ago. I'm looking around the "My Accounts" screen. Where is the copy suppose to be? I didn't get a copy of it via email, so that's not it. I'd like to know whether they've gotten the message at all, before I start trying to contact them in other ways, since I don't want to end up spamming them with 30 messages about the same problem.


It is way too late to catch the deal from last week (I'll just have to wait until next time JA is part of a sale package), but I'd really like to know they've at least been notified of the problem. That way, the next time a sale rolls around with a game I'm interested in, I can actually give GOG some money. :)

The support tickets you open, and gog's reply to them, are supposed to show on a tab under 'My account', except that tab was temporarily taken down to fix some issues.

The tickets are still going through though.
