mp3vaa.com: only 0.20$ by song... a lot cheaper than Amazon.
Major drawbacks:
- You have to put money on your account before buying (i.e. pay upfront)
- Sometimes the quality of the songs is not really good (as low as 128kb/s sometimes)

I use legalsound.com, it works the same way. birate varies, oftenly above 256kbps so it is ok for a real cheap price, $0.09 per track.
