Where do I find messages sent to the support of GOG and their replies? I remember that you had them archived in past versions of GOG.com but I can't seem to find them now. :(

Nowhere. The support tab was removed "temporarily, in order to fix a bug" sometime in 2010, and nobody's seen it since.
