I could not find them under output.log

i need them because support wants them and for some reason, although i was able to download PST i cannot download psychonauts. It will stay paused for some reason and will not go above 0 kb/s

Under XP it should be in My Documents in the "GOG.com Downloads" folder, unless you've told the downloader to keep the files elsewhere.

Or, if you meant the files from the downloader program, those should be wherever you extracted them to.

If you mean files like logs and .crc, they should be under:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\GOGDownloader\
