predcon: I live, quite literally, in the middle of nowhere. As such, I'm limited to certain forms of ISP and premium television services, namely satellite. Combine that with a home drawing over a thousand KWH, and I'm practically living in a lightning rod. I have surge protectors (real surge protectors, not just outlet dividers) and I normally shut down my PC and TV and other expensive electronica during storms, but the one that got my GC snuck up on me. I didn't hear any thunder until after the strike that knocked out the power.
Damn that has got too suck especially if you have a great gamecube collection you can't play. i only have two gamecube games in my collection but they are pretty good.(Legend of Zelda Windwaker and The Resident Evil Remake)
I just remembered a N64 game I would want. It would be sweet to have Road Rash 64 playable online versus 9 other people.
Earthbound and Final Fantasy III (or VI depending on how you look at it) for the SNES.

predcon: the version of The Last Ninja 3 that they're distributing is the un-patched version that has the game breaking bug that prevents players from completing the first level).
Haven't they recalled it in the US yet?

They've sorted it out here:

What's that? Commodore fix something? Not when they're too busy wringing every product for every cent they can get, and awarding themselves ridiculously bloated salaries and bonuses. *sigh*, Damn you Mehdi, damn you. You ruined it for everyone.
