I played some Pac-Man and Arkanoid on early 386 or 486 computers, but I consider my first real PC game to be Dark Forces II: Jedi Knight. I'm a big Star Wars fan, so it was great to play a game where you both got to be a little Han Solo (cocky remarks in the highly cinematic FMV cutscenes as well as shooting with a blaster and other weapons) as well as a Jedi. The music and sound effects are really good even with today's standards and I like the level design of most of the levels. The early levels are very fun, something you don't say about every game.

First played on PC, possibly Dynablaster/Bomberman. First bought, er, I remember a little booth somewhere back in those days where they were selling the free part of shareware games for just the price of the floppies, but don't think that counts, so... Heroes of Might and Magic IV, a good 10 years later.
Duck Tales was the first one played and the first one bought i can't remember clearly.

Dreamland perhaps

My first PC game I played was this Peter Pan learning game. Apart from flying across the top of the screen I have no memories of the game.

My first real PC game was klik and play back in 1995. Great game maker until we lost the cd key for it. After that it was Doom
The first PC game I ever played was... WarCraft 2. At school, I think. It was part of an end of the year activities thing, as I recall.

The first PC game I ever had to call my own was Star Trek: Borg. My collection has improved considerably since then, although dear old Borg was certainly an entertaining piece of Star Trek, and John deLancie was excellent.
