Not including the free ones, of course.

The lowest I can recall is 50% off the low-tier price ($5.99), which comes out to $2.99 after discount. But then yesterday they had King's Bounty (normally a high-tier game at $9.99) for 75% off, bringing it down to $2.49. I don't recall any other GOGs being offered that low.

Am I missing any?

Red Baron had a one day 75% off sale that matched that.

Wasn't it 70% off whole package at one time? That's basically $2, probably as low as it goes.

When Broken Sword: DC was released, there was a 60% promo on all the BS titles, if you bought them all. So that was $2.39 per game.
Not quite the same, since you had to buy or already own several games, though.
